Returns & Exchanges:
Any in stock item not on sale can be returned for full exchange or credit, minus shipping, handling charges & restock fee. After 7 days All sales are finial. Item must be in ordinal box unused.
Special orders & sale items (discounted items) all sales are final, however all manufactures warranty apply.
You must have a return authorization # on the package.
Please note: Order your frame size carefully, Bikes and framesets are not returnable.

Warranty RETURNS

product that you think should be considered for warranty, please give us a call
or drop us a e-mail, have your dated receipt or purchase date ready. All product
sold by bicycle Doctor are covered by the manufacture warranty only, the
manufacture make all decision on the warranty and there decision is final,

must have a Return Authorization Number and ship the product back to us or we
may have you ship it direct to the manufacture.

Domestic S&H: includes the charges from the manufacture to our shop and shipping to your ship to address with all handling charges included. We will be happy to quote S&H charges before we ship. Most small order up to 3LB ship for $12.90-$19.90 (oversized box's like wheels & tools will have a additional charge), over sized complete bikes, frameset to the lower 48 $49.90-$79.90 & up.
International orders: can be considerable more: $40.00 & up for small boxes.
