Returns & Exchanges:

Any in stock item not on sale can be returned for full exchange or credit, minus shipping, handling charges & restock fee. After 7 days All sales are finial. Item must be in ordinal box unused.

Special orders & sale items (discounted items) all sales are final, however all manufactures warranty apply.

You must have a return authorization # on the package.

Please note: Order your frame size carefully, Bikes, Saddles and framesets are not returnable but you are covered with manufacture warranties.

Lay-a-Ways & special orders are welcome with deposit:

Lay-A-Way offer a way for you to lock in at current sale prices. We will hold the Item for the agreed time period for shipment or pick up after finial payment. Remember Deposit & payments are not refundable, we pay the manufacture up front on special orders and are holding the product for you and will not sell it to any one else.

Deposits & payments are given as an Assurance of the fulfillment of an Obligation and are not refundable.

Warranty RETURNS
If you have a www.BicycleDoctorUSA.com product that you think should be considered for warranty, please give us a call or drop us a e-mail, have your dated receipt or purchase date ready. All product sold by bicycle Doctor are covered by the manufacture warranty only, the manufacture make all decision on the warranty and there decision is final, www.bicycleDoctorusa.com has no warranty expresses or implied other than the manufacture warranty . You must have a Return Authorization Number and ship the product back to us or we may have you ship it direct to the manufacture. www.BicycleDoctorUSA.com or the manufacture will not accept products without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Please enclose a letter including your name, street address (no post office boxes), daytime and evening phone numbers, and include why you have returned the product and what you would like us to do. Send your package via UPS, certified mail, FedEx or any traceable shipping method. We recommend that you insure your package against loss-in-route to www.BicycleDoctorUSA.com or the manufacture.. Most small order up to 3LB ship for $12.90-$19.90 (oversized box's like wheels & tools will have a additional charge), over sized complete bikes, frameset to the lower 48 $49.90-$79.90 & up.

International orders: can be considerable more: $40.00 & up for small boxes.

USA has no taxes on mail orders out of the state of Indiana. if you have local tax or fees buyers responsibility.

International sales:

Bank transfer on large items subject to a $15.00 Fee.

In some case we will take PayPal on small order's subject to a 4.5% to cover PayPal cost fee's. Please e-mail us for complete payment information international orders.

Sorry we do not take Credit Cards on large and sometimes small International sales with new customers. As our relationship grows we might have the option in the future but its is subject to the credit card fee.
